Project Goals Journal Tabasco Tabasco / Amphibious: Model building shows that it works normal to low areas:
EspecialistTabasco amphibian Amphibious solution AC flood Foundation promotes floating equipment, self-sufficient and mobile houseboats, floating bridges go up and stabilized according to the flood, without resistance. Already used successfully in regions similar to those of the entity such as Malaysia, Venice and New Orleans.
Living in Tabasco need not be a challenge, an eternal struggle each year from water or depend on the willingness to live in Tabasco, you just need to imagine, recreate, reinvent even from new construction technologies, urban design .
And that is what is proposed in the Civil Partnership Amphibious Foundation, a group that just finished her Tabasco founding protocol and which are affiliated with over one hundred specialists from all branches.
How? The architects Juan Castanos and Aristides Barreda Prats, and members of the group heads Tabasco major, say that the only way to continue living in Tabasco is to build houseboats, including plots of land, livestock, to the lowlands.
This is not science fiction nor is it a project that seeks to discover the black wire, the technology already exists and is being implemented in first world countries like Canada and the United States and Chile, which belongs to the underdeveloped, says Juan Castanos, author of the initiative of architecture and urban design Amphibious Tabasco.
This is not to give up our identity, on the contrary, Aristides also convinced Barreda cry Prats, who chairs the group that supports the overall project, "it is to regain our culture of water and also make it trigger economic and tourist."
In a long conversation with Millennium Tabasco, experts say that the two Amphibious Foundation offers to all alike Tabascans a project: building houseboats, floating bridges go up and stabilized according to the flood, without resistance.
Nor is it a project that comes from the moon, for nothing!, Our own ancient cultures like the Aztec and Mayan people Chontal, current technology and the experience of other countries in similar circumstances tell us that is possible, feasible and the best bet for the future, agree.
As for cultural presented in Mexico City can still find traces in the chinampas of Mexico City, here in the state, in the instinct of Tabasco when they board their floating plates you miss things with tanks, waste plastic and even banana trees.
But above all, a trend that many countries are adopting or even part of their economy and their everyday culture. We have three long years of study and comparative analysis with other regions that have the same characteristics of Tabasco as Malaysia, Venice and New Orleans which is already in use.
"In fact, we are in direct contact with specialists from the United States and Chile, two countries on the continent who are very interested in our progress while we share their experiences."
But what would face a project of this magnitude? Experts say that basically there are three aspects: the change in the attitude of Tabasco in their form of construction, the apparent extra spending would require a floating structure, and changing land use in the lowland areas as well as rivers, swamps and lagoons.
The first corresponds to the citizens, the latter on the authorities to represent and govern us. "And for this project is aimed to introduce shortly with all its details," advanced specialists.
Trends in fashion
Amphibious Civil Association Foundation is a new project. In fact, much of its research and several of its members are already known through the internet in the famous Facebook where fans are becoming more and a video on Youtube (you can visit here: http://fundacionanfibia.org/default . aspx (Http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzTRQQZ2HFI&feature=geosearch)
The group as such and was formalized before a notary, not for profit and the first president of the board is Aristides Barreda Prats, who makes preparations to present the project that includes the system of floating construction, a proposed bill to change the land use regulations and the law to use federal waters, and an Amphibious Urban Development.
Input, agree, the normal construction model we know Tabasco is already well demonstrated that works for the lowlands, and contrary to what many should point out that the construction of stilt houses became obsolete because the levels of flooding in the entity are not constant.
"Therefore, it is necessary to build according to a new system, the floating construction, self-sufficient as a mobile home with a lifespan of 50 years or more could move anywhere in the state."
